		<description>I think external support can help SO much.  Having others aware of who I am, and being able to interact with them (no matter &quot;who&quot; I am) - just HAS to be incredibly healing.  I imagine that being in therapy is hugely better than being alone - and then that having others who know you as well, is another huge step above just therapy alone.  I imagine that each addition of outside &quot;help&quot; speeds up this healing process more than I can guess.

A support network is definitely more than just important to me.  I think it has meant survival, and even immense growth.</description>
