Hmm – ok – well we just went on a rescue mission last weekend. A particular alien found a way to to detach from us – and in order to get her back, we literally had to go to the place where she pulled away. I’m not sure I want to explain more right now – but with the help of my T, we got her back.
Otherwise, my T has gone on other rescue missions as well. When it has been discovered that a particular one is somewhere away from all the others (in our internal world) – we try to get them and bring them in with all the others. Out of the dark basements, caves, scary rooms with monsters, etc. So I guess rescuing has been an important part of our process.
