How well do you communicate internally?  Are there ways to build up routines of communication?

The question asked in our group was:  “What do you do if you accuse one of your parts of lying to your therapist?”  Or more generally – how do you deal with what your parts do or say?

How do you give your people/parts what they need if you don’t have much time?  …. or even if time isn’t a factor…. how do you give them what they need?
