How do you deal with triggers?

How can I keep from switching?

The question asked in our group was:  “What do you do if you accuse one of your parts of lying to your therapist?”  Or more generally – how do you deal with what your parts do or say?

Talk about any areas of resistance you have – whether it’s in therapy, life, with yourself or with parts, etc.

How do you give your people/parts what they need if you don’t have much time?  …. or even if time isn’t a factor…. how do you give them what they need?

How much do my people/parts really NEED to be out?
