Do you ever realize that a symptom that you thought was psychological, was actually physical? Or vice versa? Example: lots of headache pain was actually stemming from the psychological issues, but at first you thought it was actually a physical issue.
If you are in therapy – how well you deal with your therapist taking a vacation? Or anytime therapy is canceled?
When it comes to standing up for yourself, what does it look like? Are you able to?
How well do you accept your diagnosis (of a dissociative disorder)? How well do you accept your reality?
How well do you trust your sense of self, or trust your intuition?
How do you deal with social situations? Including things like outing yourself as DID and making friends.
Talk about any old patterns you are trying to change for the better.
