How does the trauma you experienced in the past, relate to any dreams or flashbacks you’ve experienced?  Are they connected?  And/or how do you feel about any dreams or flashbacks you’ve experienced?

Have you had to defend yourself much in your life?  In the past or the present?  Talk about that.

Talk about thoughts related to “reparenting” yourself or your alters, or thoughts/feelings related to dealing with internal or external kids.

What is it like when your alters talk/communicate in therapy?  Is it difficult for them or you?  Describe that/those experiences.

Talk about your alters and loneliness:  Do any of your alters seek/want interaction with outside people? (Their own age or otherwise)?

How is your relationship with your siblings?  Or talk about any other feelings related to siblings.
