How do you tell people about your alters, especially if the alter is of another gender?

How do you handle alters coming out at the wrong times, such as at work?

The topic was “being in therapy less”.  Talk about anything that thought means to you.

Do you have any time management issues?  How well do you handle your time?

How did the holidays go for you?

What do you do if you suspect someone is multiple?

In finding therapists or help, what are you thoughts on people who claim to be experts – and even have the credentials saying they are experts, vs. those who have direct experience working with DID?  Obviously people could be both – but feel free to talk about anything related to “experts” of DID.
