How do you deal with disagreement between your parts/alters?

Do you have any super-vigilant and/or controlling younger parts?  …. or any parts like this?  Talk about it.

How do those in your system communicate with each other?  Especially with “littles” or others that are difficult to communicate with somehow.

How well do you accept yourself and your story?  Or the stories of your alters/parts?

How do you tell people about your alters, especially if the alter is of another gender?

How do you handle alters coming out at the wrong times, such as at work?

How do you console your parts?

Have you ever experienced your parts/alters “going underground”?  Meaning, they stop coming out as much.  What do think that meant for you?  Why do you think it happened?
